Secure Checkout SSL Payment

Your security matters to us. Every page of the Orapeak website — including the checkout — is protected so that you can shop with confidence.

SSL encryption

Our website uses an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer / TLS) certificate. This encrypts the information sent between your browser and our store, such as your name, address and payment details, so that it cannot be read by anyone else. You can check this by looking for the padlock symbol and "https://" in your browser's address bar.

PCI DSS compliant checkout

Our checkout is hosted on Shopify's secure platform, which is certified PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest standard of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. Card payments are handled directly by our payment providers. Orapeak LTD never sees or stores your full card number.

Strong Customer Authentication (3D Secure)

For additional protection, your bank may ask you to confirm some payments using 3D Secure (for example via your banking app or a one-time passcode). This helps make sure that only you can use your card.

Trusted payment options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal — all of which offer their own buyer protections. See Payment Methods.

Fraud prevention

Orders are automatically screened for suspicious activity. In rare cases we may contact you to verify an order before it is dispatched.

Stay safe online

• We will never ask for your password or full card details by email, phone or social media.
• Only enter payment details on our official checkout page.
• If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Orapeak, please forward it to contact@orapeak.com.
