Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Orapeak order. If something is not right, this Return Policy explains your rights and how to send an item back. It does not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

Your 14-day right to cancel (cooling-off period)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days starting from the day after you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. If your order is delivered in several parcels, the period starts the day after you receive the last one.

How to return an item

  1. Tell us within 14 days. Email contact@orapeak.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. You can also use the model cancellation form below — but any clear statement is enough.
  2. Receive your return instructions. We will reply with the returns address and a returns reference. Please do not send items to our registered office.
  3. Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, and include your returns reference.
  4. Keep proof of postage. We recommend a tracked service, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Return costs

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of sending it back. If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will cover the return cost — just contact us first and we will arrange it.

Condition of returned items

You may handle the item as you would in a shop to establish its nature, characteristics and how it works. If the item has been used beyond this, or is returned damaged or incomplete, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value, as permitted by the Regulations.

Items that cannot be returned for change of mind

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised.
  • Goods which, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other items.

This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not:

  • Within 30 days of delivery you are entitled to reject the item and receive a full refund.
  • Within 6 months you are entitled to a repair or replacement; if this is not possible or not successful, you can claim a refund.
  • After 6 months you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement or partial refund, but you may need to show the fault was present at delivery.
