Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how Orapeak LTD ("Orapeak", "we") refunds payments. It should be read together with our Return Policy and does not affect your statutory rights.

When you are entitled to a refund

  • You cancel your order within the 14-day cooling-off period and return the goods.
  • You cancel your order before it has been dispatched (see our Cancellation Policy).
  • The item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  • We are unable to fulfil your order, for example because an item is out of stock.

What we refund

  • Change of mind: the price of the returned item(s) plus the original standard delivery charge (if you return the whole order). The cost of sending the item back is not refunded.
  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: the full price, original delivery charge and your reasonable return postage costs.
  • Partial returns: if you return only part of an order, the original delivery charge is not refunded unless the item is faulty.
  • Bundle offers: if you return part of a discounted bundle, we refund the amount you actually paid for the returned item(s), reflecting the bundle discount applied.

Deductions

Where permitted by law, we may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling the goods more than was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We will explain any deduction to you.

How and when you will be refunded

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not charge a fee for refunds.
  • For change-of-mind returns, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you providing evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
  • For orders cancelled before dispatch, we refund within 14 days of your cancellation, usually much sooner.
  • Once processed, card refunds normally appear within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or provider.
