At Orapeak you can pay quickly and securely using the methods below. All prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP £) and include VAT where applicable.

Accepted payment methods

  • Debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
  • Apple Pay: pay with Face ID or Touch ID on supported Apple devices.
  • Google Pay: pay in a tap on supported Android devices and browsers.
  • PayPal: pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account or card.

When will I be charged?

Your payment is taken when you place your order. If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, we will refund you in full to the original payment method.

Strong Customer Authentication

For your protection, your bank may ask you to verify some payments (for example with a one-time code or your banking app). This is part of UK Strong Customer Authentication rules and helps prevent fraud.

Payment declined?

Please check that your billing address matches the address held by your card issuer, and that your card has not expired. If the problem continues, contact your bank or try another payment method. You can also contact us for help.

Security

Our checkout is SSL encrypted and payment details are processed by PCI DSS compliant payment providers. Orapeak LTD never sees or stores your full card number. Learn more about our secure checkout.
